5. AI-Generated Content
All companions and characters on Eliria AI are AI-generated virtual entities. They are not real people and do not represent real individuals. Any resemblance to actual persons is coincidental.
Content generated through the Platform — including AI images and companion outputs — is subject to these Terms. You are responsible for how you use and share content generated through your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Eliria AI Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Eliria AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any original content you submit to the Platform (such as custom prompts), but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content to operate and improve the Platform.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to certain features of Eliria AI may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and available plans are described on the Platform at the time of purchase.
